How to order tests, review results, and manage patients in the Chemisys provider portal.
The Chemisys clinician portal is the fastest way to order tests, review results, and manage your patients. This guide walks your team through the most common workflows.
Getting access
Your Chemisys account representative will set up credentials for each provider and staff member in your office. If you need additional logins or password resets, contact your rep or client services.
Ordering tests
- Search for a patient or create a new patient record.
- Select the test panel from the Chemisys menu.
- Print the electronic requisition (or route it through your EMR integration).
- Collect the specimen using the SecureCollect™ workflow.
Reviewing results
Results are available in the portal as soon as they are released. Providers can view, download, and print reports; flag results for follow-up; and view historical patient data.
EMR integration
Chemisys supports electronic result delivery into most major EMRs. Talk with your rep to set up the interface that fits your workflow.
