At Chemisys Laboratories, addiction treatment is not just one of our services — it is a primary focus. We are one of the very few laboratories in the country dedicated to serving the addiction treatment community with comprehensive, clinically advanced toxicology solutions.
Many laboratories offer toxicology testing. Very few are built specifically around the needs of addiction treatment providers. Chemisys offers a full spectrum of toxicology options — urine, oral fluid, blood, hair, and nail — along with remote witnessed collections through SecureCollect™, advanced specimen validity technology via Validity Plus®, DNA specimen verification via ToxIQ™, and alcohol biomarker testing (PEth).

Urine & oral fluid toxicology
Urine remains the gold standard for broad drug detection. Oral fluid testing detects recent usage and is ideal for telemedicine and outpatient programs. Advanced LC/MS confirmation provides accuracy and defensibility.
SecureCollect™ — remote witnessed
Patients complete a professionally witnessed oral toxicology collection from home via secure video. Chain of custody is maintained. Supports telehealth programs and improves compliance for rural or remote patients.
Validity Plus® & ToxIQ™
Validity Plus® detects synthetic urine, adulteration, and substitution. ToxIQ™ DNA verification confirms every specimen belongs to the intended patient — protecting program integrity.
Hair, nail & PEth
Hair provides ~90-day detection history. Nail testing offers 3–6 months of exposure insight. PEth blood testing detects alcohol use up to 2–4 weeks with high specificity.
